Toronto Film Shooters June Photo Walk, Back Through Riverdale.

I am getting better at scanning colour with Silverfast. I'm loving the results of this roll better than the first one.  Kodak Vision 250 D is pretty easy to scan most cases with minimal adjustments in Lightroom.  As for walking through Riverdale, it's a lovely neighbourhood for a photo walk, in the end, we wound up at Factory Girl for lunch, a gastro pub I can't recommend enough.  Camera: Nikon F2SB, Nikkor Pre Ai 50 F1.4 lens.  Film: Kodak Vision 250D, ECN2 Proessed at Graination Lab.

Toronto Film Shooters Walk Part One, Riverdale to Chinatown East.

It was a great walk, a variation of a previous walk, the route starts at the Rooster Cafe and ended up at Factory Girl on the Danforth by way of Chinatown East along Gerrard Street to Carlaw. The camera of choice was one of the workhorses in my collection, the Nikon F2SB along with a collection of Pre Ai lenses. Film wise I ran with Kodak Vision 250D Motion picture stock which was ECN2 processed at Graination Lab here in Toronto.  The big draw for photowalks is community and this months event we brought along the Toronto Photowalks Community, so it was a big crowd, thankfully a simple route. What shocked me is the pace of change within Chinatown East some storefornts have still not been rented out since the Covid years and some long running businesses have folded either due to the lease being up, or the owners wanted to retire.  Camera: Nikon F2SB, Nikkor Pre Ai lenses.  Film: Kodak Vision 250D, ECN-2 processed by Graination Lab.  ...
