Toronto Photo Walks, Further Into Parkdale

Image
It was a hot one when we walked this but being in the shade most of the way, it wasn't too bad until we got to Queen St. Things got really hot with the concrete and ashphalt. Parkdale still has grit but it's leaning much towards hipster grit as opposed to "Escape from New York" grit.  Camera: Leica M5, Light Lens Labs 50 F2 Rigid Lens.  Film: Kodak Gold 200, developed by Graination Lab.

TFS May Walk in the Junction Part One

Image
The May photo walk for the Toronto Film Shooters we went exploring the Junction, only this time I didn't plan it, my friend Ryan Ruskey who lives in the area put it together.  Rolling with the Leica M4-2 was a wise choice, I hand metered with a Sekonic incident meter, the lighting to say the least was interesting. Shot exclusively with the Light Lens Lab Elcan 50 F2 lens, and I adore that bit of glass.  Camera: Leica M4-2, Light Lens Lab Elcan 50 F2 lens.  Film: Rollei RPX 400, Rollei Supergrain 1+15.
