Rollleiflex and Agfa Portrait 160

Image
Agfa Portrait 160 in 120 gives you a rather unique colour palette, you don't see from either Fuji or Kodak, this film was coated 18 years ago and expired in 2004. While the colours punch hard, I prefer the consistancy of Agfa Optima 100 from my expired film connection. Yeah your milage may vary but in reality, you should be shooting contemorary film stocks to keep the coating lines going.  Camera: Rolleiflex 3.5 F Planar TLR  Film: Agfa Portrait 160 expired in 2004 and freezer stored.

I'm going to be sad once my source of Agfacolor Portrait 160 dries up. Camera: Rolleicord Vb, 75 f3.5 Schneider Xenar lens. Film: Agfacolor Portrait 160, expired 18 years ago and stored cryogenically.

I don't shoot expired film much but Agfacolor Portrait 160, freezer stored of course and exposed at 80  ISO looks amazing. Shooting through Schneider glass on my Rolleicord Vb is a perfect combination. Camera: Rolleicord Vb, 75 f3.5 Schneider Xenar lens. Fun with Expired Film: Agfacolor Portrait 160

I don't shoot a lot of expired film and got an opportunity to have some fun with some freezer stored Agfacolor Portrait 160 that was freezer stored for about 15 years. To be on the safe side I exposed at 100 ISO and shot around Oakville which is standard procedure when trying something new out, you'll see many familiar spots, added bonus the Christmas decorations are up and a chance to see how Portrait 160 handles red. I hope I can find more of this because of the colour palette. Camera: Rolleicord Vb, 75 f3.5 Schneider Xenar lens. Film: Agfacolor Portrait 160
