 It was a nice Sunday morning drive up to Belfountain northwest of Toronto. I took one of my Rolleiflexes with me this time out (the 2.8C) and shot with some OG Fujifilm Acros 100, I exposed at 80 ISO and processed in Adox FX-39 developer. I found the results very pleasing consider the film shock was from the pre Pandemic times.  My visit to Belfountain wasn't photography focused but more a byproduct of a "Town Hall" meeting at the Caledon Ski Club regarding the proposed extensive renovations to the West Lodge to bring it into the 2020s and beyond and meet ski club member needs. Without going into too much detail, the West Lodge needs a lot of love in serveral areas from adding in fire suppression systems, updated electrical, a new roof, I can go on. Needless to say, the situation sparked debate with one small yet very vocal faction of the leadersihip crying bloody murder.  Toronto real estate agents have this habit of remaning certain neighbourhoods to make them sound more appealing, in this case East Toronto became,  The Upper Beaches.  Prior to being folded into the City of Toronto, over a century ago East Toronto was a thriving village with it's own history and railway hub on the then Grand Trunk Main Line. Echos the old village remain with Main Street being well the main street for the former village. While the Grand Trunk station switched over  to CN, was replaced with a GO Station in the late 1960s, the railway yards off the main line have long been replaced with townhouses.  This was part of my Summer of exploring parts of the city I'm not too familiar with, I started my walk at The Bothy Coffee shop on Gerrard east of Main, then worked my way down Main and then along Kingston Road to the Glen Stewart Ravine.  Camera: Minolta XD, MD Rokkor Lenses.  Film: Eastman Kodak Kodacolor 100.  ...
