Uxbridge and Goodwood (my brief visit to Schitt's Creek).

Uxbridge is one of my favourite small towns just outside the Greater Toronto Region, home to the York Durham Heritage Railway and a rather pretty downtown including an art deco movie theatre. As the pandemic wore on people were doing dumb stuff around the railway so it's now fenced off. As much as I would like to photograph the locomotives and the vintage passenger rolling stock, I'm not tresspassing so I photograph around the edge.

On the way back to the 404 and I briefly stopped in Goodwood better known as Schitt's Creek. Now to spoil things, the motel isn't located in Goodwood but over an hour's drive away easily in the Hockley Valley northeast of Orangeville. I will have to photograph the motel at some point, some day.
