Frugal Film Project September Edition, Off to Niagara on the Lake
It was a great Labour Day long holiday weekend, my birthday continued on during the weekend. Jo-Anne and I went down to Niagara on the Lake for the day. Getting down was an adventure with all the traffic thank you to the one idiot who decided to drive 20 below the limit on the QEW in the middle lane. So much for getting up early.
Also, this will be the last month for this year's Nikkormat FTn, for a few reasons. One, the camera needs a CLA, I felt the shutter release catching on two occasions and resulted in two blank frames. Two, I'm moving in a few months and will have to move about 95% of my camera collection to my brother's place for a few months until I get through the year of chaos. The replacement camera will also be next year's camera as well and spoiler alert, it's a Nikkormat FT3, pretty much the same camera but with an Ai lens mount and is couple of years younger. It will be make its debut for the October installment, stay tuned.
Niagara On The Lake is a lovely town for a day trip ane you will have to twist my rubber arm, it's a theatre person's, foodie and wine fan'ts paradise. I hope to get back later this fall.
Camera: Nikkomrat FTn, Nikkor HC 50 F2 lens.
Film: Kentemre 400, Ilfotec HC 1+31.
