Frugal Film Project 2023, It all Starts with a Photo Walk in the Beaches

Gotta start somewhere and this case the same part of Toronto as Frugal Film Project 2022, in the Beaches. Only the choice of camera and film have changed. We're still talking Nikon but only going back to 1974 with the Nikkormat FTn, and Kentmere 400 as the film stock of choice.

What used to be a small group of people for a New Year's Day became a full fledged photo walk with members from two Facebook Groups Toronto Film Shooters and Toronto Photo Walks. The walk started out dry but around halfway through the drizzle started. I'm still wrapping my brain it feeling like more Late November than say true winter. Back in 2017 it was cold enough frost bite would be concern, now, keeping your camera dry. That said, the Nikkormat is the perfect choice for Frugal film in Southern Ontario.

Camera: Nikkormat FTn, Nikkor H 50 F2 lens.

Film: Kentmere 400, Ilfotec HC 1+31.
