In the Beaches Over the Holidays Part One.

Save for a day and a half of sunshine, the skies were pretty grim. If you think my photos were dark it was because of the distressed pewter skies courtesy a consisrant low level cloud ceiling and rain that happened over half the Christmas break. Everything is out of order, what you see here was shot just as when the the melt began.

I think I should have exposed Streetpan 400 at 200 ISO instead of 320, hindsight of course is 20/20. I wound up taking two Nikkormats with me on this stay in the Beaches, the black EL which has a battery powered (4SR44) vertical copal shutter and you could call the great granddad of the Nikon FM3a. The other Nikkormat is a chrome FTn for my 2023 Frugal Film Camera Project. I'll talk more about that when I get to the Frugal Film Project 2023 post.

Camera: Nikkormat EL, Nikkor HC 50 F2 lens.

Film: JCH Streetpan 400, D76 1+1.
