A Saturday before Christmas in the Neighbourhood.

Haven't shot with Cinestill 400D in ages, with Vision 250D and ECN-2 processing available locally I lean in that direction. Scanning colour film is a continuing learning process, I still haven't figured out a way to cancel the red halation you get with Cinestill 400D, I just treat it as part of the film's character.

What I wanted to do is put my 35-50 F2.8 Nikon AF-D Zoom lens through its paces. I really love the portrait shot of Jo-Anne with her new Tam she had commissioned through David Dunkley Hats. The push-pull action takes some getting used to but a lot of zoom lenses from this era had that.

Camera: Nikon F90X, Nikon AF-D 35-70 F2.8 Zoom Lens.

Film: Cinestill 400D.
