Back To Paris Ontario, only Much Warmer

Remember when Jo-Anne and I went to Paris On back in February only to freeze our asses off. The Mid week photo group after lying low during the pandemic, decided to hit the QEW and 403 to Paris Ontario and we explored the town outside the immediate downtown. Being spring we didn't have to worry about windchill or frostbite.

The camera choice on this day trip is my recently returned Nikon F Photomic FTN from my repair tech to re calibrate the meter in the prism head. The meter prior to being shipped off was jumpy and off by about five stops. Now dialed in, I got super crisp negatives out of Ilford FP4 which is an old favourite. I was rolling mostly with a K Series Pre Ai Nikkor 50 F1.4 and N 28 F2 lenses. Oh boy what a one-two punch, I plan to use my F Photomic FTN much more often.

Camera: Nikon F Photomic FTN, Nikkor Pre Ai lenses.

Film: Ilford FP4 125, Ilfotec HC 1+31.
