Winter Storms

Winter in Southern Ontario the past few years arrives late on average. Some years it looks and feels like November into January, then winter really arrives. I went for a walk down to the lake in the middle of serious snow fall, and not the fluffy white flakes variety, but that sorta heavy snow you get around freezing. The lighting is grey, you feel grey, and the results reflect that, that said, Lake Ontario was in a mood and of course some of the best photos can be had in yucky weather. Please note that's not just the film grain, that's snow.
