Midland and on the Road Back Home

I didn't have a lot of time to explore Midland, and the downtown was pretty much still under construction so I shot around the harbour. The interesting stuff was on the road back to Highway 400. What you find on the side of the road in rural Ontario that's a mixture of farm and vacation country. I have to come back up this way next year when it's ok to do so.

The Minolta XD was the perfect camera for this day trip, I ran with the MD Rokkor X 24 F2.8, 50 f1.7 and the Minolta MD 75-150 F4 Zoom lens (criminally ignored it's great glass). This was a varient of a camera kit was going to take up to the annual NLP photography retreat. It worked well.

Camera: Minolta XD, MD Rokkor X 50 f1.7 lens.
Film: Ilford HP5 400, HC110 B.
